In MS SharePoint, the controllers are able to manage documentation and exchange of documents with external parties, who need access to distributed components (transmittal). After the acceptance of transmittal management are external parties able to participate in the project, whereas the Project Portal provides control of the consistency and completeness of the data controllers for documentation until a delivery of the order.
